Sign up

Sign up fee includes WordPress installation and Theme setup. Existing Websites will get necessary updates after scanning the website.

Upgrades

Upgrades will be done whenever updates are available from WordPress, Theme/plugin vendors etc. Websites will be backed up before implementing the updates.

Monthly fee

Monthly fee includes Updates for WordPress, Theme and Plugins. For quicker response time for high traffic websites, contact us at victor@revood.com for custom pricing based on your requirements. Monthly support fee does not include custom development services.

Site monitoring

We will take necessary measures to keep your site from going down or comprising your site security. Any issues reported will be addressed within 24 hours. Resolution time will depend on the complexity of the issue.

E-mail support

Support will be provided by e-mail. You will receive response for any assistance within 24 hours. Our support team will be always ready to help you.

Additional services

Content setup will be charged at $20 per page. Custom development will be charged at fixed rates based on the scope of work. Site migration and updates for dedicated servers will be charged based on scope of work. Send requirements to victor@revood.com for quotes and time frame.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting will be charged based on the issues. Clients will receive fixed price quote for troubleshooting reported issues. Issues will be tracked on Trello or any similar project management system. For quick troubleshooting services, reach us at victor@revood.com and our team will get in touch with you.

Hosting

Our team will work based on client’s preference. If your website is already hosted with another service provider then we will work with current hosting provider . Clients with high traffic websites can choose our premium managed WordPress hosting services starting at $250/year. Contact us at victor@revood.com for more details.

F.A.Q

How do I pay?

Payments are accepted via Paypal. You will be redirected to paypal payment page during the sign up process.

Do you fix hacked websites?

If your site is already hacked, please send the details by e-mail(victor@revood.com) and we will provide a separate price quote for cleaning up the website. After fixing your website, you can sign up for the regular site maintenance services.

Do you provide hosting services?

The fee does not include hosting services. For enterprises, hosting services will be provided on AWS. Separate charges are applicable.

Do you provide server updates?

Server updates for websites on shared hosting should be handled by the hosting company. If your site is on dedicated server then we can handle the server updates.

How do you handle plugin conflicts?

We will investigate the cause of the issue and send a report. Plugins maybe disabled depending on the issue.
